About ICS
iCalendar is the IETF standard, first published in 1998, that calendar apps use to share events. Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar export calendars as ICS files, and a meeting invitation by email carries one. The older vCalendar it grew out of saved .vcs files.
An ICS file is text: events with their start and end, a place, the organizer and the people invited, a description, alarms, and rules for events that repeat, along with the time zones they were planned in.
Filepeek shows the events as an agenda, day by day in your own time zone, and the organizer's time beside it when that differs. Repeating events say how they repeat in words, like every second Tuesday, and Save the events as CSV lists them for a spreadsheet.

Questions
How do I see what's in an ICS file?
Drop it on this page or press Peek an ICS. Its events show as an agenda, day by day, without adding anything to your calendar.
Why does an event show two times?
The first is in your time zone. When the event was planned in another one, the time there shows beside it, so a call set for 9:00 in New York reads right in Dubai too.
Can I open a VCS file?
Yes. VCS is vCalendar, the format iCalendar grew out of, and it opens the same way.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file opens inside your browser and never leaves your device.
