About DPS

DPS is the deck of WPS Presentation, the PowerPoint of Kingsoft's free WPS Office, and DPT its template. WPS Office also saves PowerPoint's own PPTX, so the same deck can come as either.

Inside, a DPS is built like PowerPoint 97-2003's PPT: a Compound File holding the slides with their text, shapes and pictures, the masters they share and the speaker notes.

Filepeek reads it in your browser as the PowerPoint deck it is and draws every slide with its masters, fonts, pictures and shapes. See one slide at a time, all of them in a grid, each with its notes, or the text of every slide, play it full screen with Present, and save it as PDF or its slides as PNG or JPEG.

Questions

Why won't PowerPoint open my DPS file?

PowerPoint doesn't list .dps among its formats, though a DPS is built like its own 97-2003 PPT inside. Drop it here: Filepeek reads it as the deck it is, and Export saves it as a PDF anyone can open.

Can I present it?

Yes. Choose Present to play the deck full screen, moved on by the arrow keys, a click or a tap, with hidden slides skipped.

Can I see the speaker notes?

Yes. Notes shows each slide with the notes written under it, and Export saves every slide's notes as text.
