About ODS
An ODS is a ZIP of XML files: the sheets with their cells and formulas in content.xml, their styles beside them. It's part of OpenDocument, an OASIS standard since 2005 and ISO/IEC 26300 since 2006. OTS is a template, FODS the same workbook in one plain XML file, and SXC the OpenOffice.org 1 format before it.
LibreOffice Calc saves ODS by default, Excel and Google Sheets read it, and public bodies publish data in it as an open format. Like any workbook, it keeps both its formulas and the values worked out from them.
Filepeek reads the ODS itself and draws each sheet with its number formats, colors, borders, merged cells, charts and comments, its tabs along the bottom. Show formulas shows what's behind each number, and Show as a table sorts and filters a sheet.

Questions
How do I open an ODS file without LibreOffice?
Drop it on this page or choose Peek an ODS. It opens at the sheet it was saved on, with every other sheet a tab away.
Can I see the formulas?
Yes. Choose Show formulas, and each cell shows its formula instead of the value it saved.
Can I save it as CSV?
Yes. Choose Export, then Save sheet as CSV, or Save every sheet as CSV for one file a sheet.
Does it open FODS files?
Yes. A FODS is the same workbook in one XML file, and it opens the same way.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The workbook opens inside your browser and never leaves your device.
