About PMP

Penumbra, a Dalamud plugin, is the mod loader most Final Fantasy XIV players use. It saves and shares mods as .pmp files, Penumbra mod packs, and installs TexTools modpacks too.

A .pmp is a ZIP. meta.json names the mod, its author, version, website and tags, default_mod.json lists the files it always replaces, and a group file for each set of options lists what each option replaces, by the files' paths in the game.

Filepeek reads those files into a page with the mod's name, author, version and tags, every option group with its options, and each game file it replaces. Its textures open as pictures.
