About TTC
A TrueType Collection keeps several fonts of a family in one file, so the glyphs they share are stored once. Windows keeps Japanese fonts like MS Gothic and MS PGothic together this way, and macOS families like Helvetica. An OTC is the same with CFF outlines.
Inside, a short header points at each font's tables, and fonts that share a table point at the same one, often the glyphs themselves. Each font keeps its own names, style and character map.
Filepeek lists every font of the collection in the file list, like the pages of a document, and opens each with all its glyphs, Type and Info. Save one as a TTF or OTF of its own, as WOFF2 for the web, or as a smaller font of the glyphs you pick.

Questions
How do I see the fonts in a TTC?
Drop it on this page or choose Peek a TTC. Its fonts are listed in the file list by name, and each opens on its glyphs.
Can I take one font out of a collection?
Yes. Open that font, then choose Export and Save as TTF, or Save as OTF for CFF outlines. You get a font of its own to install or use.
Can I use a TTC on a website?
Browsers don't load collections on web pages. Open the font you want, then choose Export and Save as WOFF2.
