About ACT
When Photoshop turns a picture into indexed color, for a GIF or an old game, it can save the palette as an Adobe Color Table: 256 colors, three bytes each. Newer ones add how many colors are used and which one is see-through.
An ACT has no names and no header to tell it by, only colors, so few apps besides Photoshop and some pixel art tools read it.
Filepeek shows the table's colors in order, the see-through one marked, and copies any of them as HEX, RGB, CMYK or Lab. Save the table as ASE, GPL or CSS to use it elsewhere.
