About GPL
A GIMP palette is a text file that starts with GIMP Palette, then a name and a column count, and lists each color as red, green and blue numbers from 0 to 255, with a name if it has one. GIMP, Inkscape, Krita, Aseprite and MyPaint all read it.
Pixel artists and palette sites share palettes as GPL files, and any text editor opens one, but as numbers rather than colors.
Filepeek shows every color as a swatch with its name, copies any of them as HEX, RGB, CMYK or Lab, and saves the palette as ASE for Adobe's apps or as CSS custom properties.
