About PBO
Bohemia Interactive's games, from Operation Flashpoint to Arma 3 and DayZ, load their data from .pbo files, and Steam Workshop mods ship theirs in an addons folder.
A PBO starts with a list of its files, each with its size and whether it's packed with LZSS. The first entry carries properties, like the prefix that sets where its files sit in the game, and Arma's PBOs end with a SHA-1 of the rest. Configs are rapified, a binary form of their text.
Filepeek lists a PBO like a folder under its prefix, with a page on its properties and the addons its config declares. config.bin opens as the config.cpp it was made from, PAA textures open as pictures, and scripts, materials and missions as text.

Questions
How do I open a PBO file?
Drop it on this page or choose Peek a PBO. Its files are listed like a folder under the addon's prefix, with a page beside them on the addon.
Can I read config.bin?
Yes. Filepeek turns it back into the config.cpp text it was made from, which opens in the text viewer.
Can I see PAA textures?
Yes. PAA textures open as pictures in the image viewer, where Export saves them as PNG or JPEG.
Is my addon uploaded?
No. It opens inside your browser and never leaves your device.
