About SCS
SCS Software's truck games load their data from .scs archives, and their mods are .scs files dropped in the game's mod folder or subscribed to on the Steam Workshop.
An .scs is a ZIP, or SCS's own HashFS, which finds each file by a CityHash64 of its path and lists folders only in entries of their own, which some mods leave out. A mod's manifest.sii gives its name, author, version, categories, the game versions it fits, its icon and its description.
Filepeek reads both kinds and finds manifest.sii by its hash even when no folder lists it, so the page shows the mod's icon, name, author, version, categories and the game versions it fits. Files no folder names are counted, SII files scrambled with 3nK open as text, and those the game encrypts are listed as they are.
